Floating Elements

All PV+ Emblems must have a uniform background that supports every letter and element. Floating elements are not allowed.

Sewing Channel

PV+ Emblems can have a channel for seam application, with the choice of adding a 1 or 2mm outline (for the sewing channel) and a 2mm edge to the design.

Color

A maximum of 4 colors can be used on a single PV+ Emblem to remain within standard turn-times. Please note that any designs with 5-8 colors will cause a delay on production and turn around times. Available colors include:

• Solid colors, without any gradients *
• "Glow in the dark" color
• Pantone color matching is available

* Metallic and neon colors are not available.

Note: Color match may vary between physical pieces and digital renderings due to natural ink behavior on variant background colors.

Backing

• Low melt heat seal
• Pressure-sensitive
• Velcro®

Velcro® - Both the hook and loop sides are included, with the hook side sewn to the emblem. Size restrictions adhere to the product’s minimum and maximum dimensions. Sewing guide is required.

Washing Information

PV+ Emblems will withstand up to 25 domestic washing machine cycles.

Shelf Life

To maximize the shelf life of this product, please keep at room temperature. Do not expose it to temperatures above 485°.

Pressure-sensitive

1. Use rubbing alcohol to thoroughly clean the application area
2. Remove paper backing and press emblem firmly on desired location
3. After applying pressure, peel the clear top carrier from the emblem

Low Melt Backing with a Top Heat Press - Garments

1. Set press to 310-335°F for top heat with 50-60 psi of pressure.
2. Place the PV+ Emblem on the desired location and secure it with Thermal Tape.
3. Over a FlexStyle® Silicone Pad, turn around the garment and load it to the heat press.
4. Press for 18-23 seconds.
5. Remove garment from press and allow to cool.
6. Remove the Thermal Tape once the patch has cooled.

Low Melt Heat Seal on Hats - Using the 360 IQ™ Hat Heat Press

1. Set press to 350°-360°F for top heat and 318°- 320°F for bottom heat with 40-50 psi of pressure.
2. Place hat on heat press, leaving out the inner layer of the cap. Use adjustment lever for a better grip.
3. Press for 17-20 seconds to preheat the hat.
4. Place patch onto desired location. To secure the emblem and prevent it from moving, use Thermal Tape.
5. Place a FlexStyle® Silicone Pad over the design.
6. Press for 17-20 seconds.
7. Deactivate the adjustment lever and remove the hat from the heat press.
8. Remove Thermal Tape once the patch has cooled.
